Poor fitting slip covers that look like old sheets do not make the living room look good. The bathroom fixes were spot on.
  • The price is probably fine but not with the condition it’s in. Buyers want EASY move in ready homes. Moving is hard enough on a family they don’t want to have to clean, paint, and fix stuff before they can move in. They want move in ready homes that are well maintained.

I wish she wouldn't call curtains, 'drapes'. Why are all those people living together....

I wouldn't have lowered it that much. I would have had it at "offers over $620k".

But it’s on a busy and noisy street
  • Weddings are a HUGE WASTE OF MONEY. How sad that perceived social pressure makes people think that they have to do this. Go to the court house people. Keep your investments and sense of security. You need a home, not a wedding. Also where are your other family member going?
