The fact Ross hit his peak PA at 19 is a bit of a shock! I would be looking at that player usually thinking he can get better too!

todd cantwell as chelsea manager is crazy
  • Do love one of these vids before bed... End up staying up an extra 30 minutes every night mind.. Tots worth it

I thought this was one of the most interesting experiments, seeing how detrimental the unambitious personality was - I thought there would be some ok development given the potential but wow - and looks like it may influence how young a player retires

Cameron McGuire makes me think of ravel morrison, such a talent as a kid bit shit career
  • @acleedsunited
You say underwhelming video but the point is that it's an experiment, they're not all supposed to have outstanding careers. The more unpredictable the better. PS. Still hoping for the 200 CA squad that all hate each other on FM24 and your LUFC career video.
  • Love the channel mate. Big time underrated. How about this idea, I've named the blancos. How about putting a wonderkid (pa 200) (CA105) but one off the bad personality at Leeds for 10 years and then sell to Real Madrid but as he leaves Leeds get a (PA75) (CA 115) player but driven personality and see who actually has a better career throughout the 40 year. P.s don't miss a Ralph watch 😉

We must answer the ultimate question: Which is the worse personality? 3 players, 1 Jovial, 1 Unambitious and 1 Slack. This is by far the most important question that needs answering and it's totally not because I want to see what carnage this causes 🤣😂

I reckon as a player you'd be able to get the unambitious player to a much higher level than the others by better training, mentoring and regular game time. Celtic didn't give him any meaningful game time until 2033, at which point he wasn't able to develop much due to his age.

Honestly, pretty early this time aren't i? Well id like to see something like a rival type, say make players only play for rival clubs.Nice new channel art btw
  • Determination, Natural Fitness, consistency, injury risk of the player, how he plays in big matches, role and tactic, how often that player is allowed to play (reputation is most important in this case), injurys, how good the team in general is and how far they come in competition, player traits, hard core insctructions given to the player or already implemented via player role, morals, and the distribution of attributes decide how those player will perform. e.g 200 CA Wide center Back (D) or 1200 CA Advance Forward won't play much better than when they would had 180 CA or 170 CA because one player fullfils one duty. But midfielders for example have to defend and attack and make the play. Therefore better CA will increase the performance more! Also harder, more complex roles like sweeper keeper, Roaming Playmaker, Complete Wing Back, Shadow Striker and Complete Forward player will perform way better with CA 170+

Now hear me out, there is always build a team with lower league teams with squads filled with potential 200 kids, how about a reverse? Man City or another big team filled with the lowest possible potential squad, transfers arranged and embargo etc., facilities ruined, reputation ruined, and money gone, how far down do they go? We'd be looking for highest defeats, worst points totals, derby games results, rivals change... do any players make legandary, iconic status in the end?

if cameron didnt join the best team in scotland right of the bat he may have had more chances in the first team and improved
  • @JGildo
Im always divided between Model Citizen and Professional, wich i think both are pretty good, would love to see one of this with those two personalities
  • Be interesting to see if higher work rate on the unambitious player would make a difference.
  • @dylanjones5572
u could try making the worst personality higher ca than others, also i feel like a mercenery could make it with 200 pot
  • @aldianugra6636
Im not sure how they endup in premiere league, its too hard to be forward that play consistently in PL if they are not world class player. I think this will be more interesting if they endup in another league top 5 league, or maybe another position maybe cm because they will be more likely to play.

The unambitious guy also had very low professionalism which further dropped during the experiment: 1 ambition, 2 professionalism @7:21). Not saying it would be great otherwise but certainly didn't help. Having played a lot of youth academy saves in the last couple of years it's kind of consistent with what I see. The great developers tend to hit their potential quite early around 19, 20 years of age, would probably be a couple of years later if they had higher PA I'd guess. Kind of interesting how disappointed people tend to be when their wonderkid has hit his peak by the age of 20😅 On the other end certain guys never get anywhere close, I do notice unambitious ones among them. One experiment I would like to see and perhaps you've already done similar although I can't remember. How much is it possible to mold a player with training? So from same starting position being trained in role A, role B, maybe more (preferable roles that cover very different attributes) and observe the effect after several years. May need a standardized training schedule which I know is a pain to implement
