honestly ice baths and cold showers are the best thing. After the initial breathing and panic, you body reacts to the cold really well and you get the clearest mind and sense of being, release of endorphins, the rush and clarity after can be just what you needed. It's been so powerful to me in the past that I've started crying. I have no idea what for but it just made me feel better and loss all stress
