Long Beach: Man Set on Fire in Parking Lot

An unidentified 63-year-old man is in critical condition after being set on fire as he sat in his vehicle in a convenience store parking lot. The suspect, 38-year-old Raymond Sean Clark was apprehended shortly after the incident where witnesses saw him approach the victim's vehicle with a bottle of liquid and light the victim and the vehicle on fire. Clark is a homeless panhandler in the area and is often seen asking people for change. He and the victim had an earlier interaction that day.
