  • For people aspiring to buy a luxury car in India just know that over half of the costs are taxes by the Central Government. Build a business and own the car in that business name and buy a new luxury car and depreciate it in the first 4 years and save your taxes 😊

Dont have kids..buy an AMG. Respect😎
  • With India’s 200% tax on CBU models, and ridiculous GST and RTO charges on top, these luxuries cost 2 to 3 times more in India than anywhere else in the world barring a few countries.
  • Basically the first couple bought a liability by taking a huge loan and and again invest around 3 lakhs on yearly basis just to maintain the luxury status ! great 👍

Bought a Honda City, left 40 lakhs in mutual funds and I smile everytime I see someone riding a badge!
  • I'll tell you the real reason why this real estate guy purchases pre-owned luxury car because of black money. When you buy a new car no brand showroom will take majority of cash. They only take cheque or online payments but black money owned folks don't have much money in their banks so they mostly put money in things where cash is the mode of transaction be it real estate, gold or in this case pre-owned cars.
  • I still miss my old zen.. it doesn't matter which car you own.. its travels you made in it with family
  • Clearly the couple knows nothing beyond aesthetics to look for while buying a car 😅
  • @Gamer-monk.
The guy took out 33 lakh loan on the car and is now worried about the fuel efficiency. Amazing idiots 😂😂
  • Just to have pride in front of friends and family they spent 78 lakhs ... Wow ..

Correction: At 5:33, The yearly EMI will be 7.68L for Mercedes and 1.8L for Maruti, so the final Total will be 11.48L for Mercedes & 2.76L for Maruti
  • Overall what I have understood is "safed haathi" terminology gets more and more true as the video progresses towards the end.

Ideally if you earn 20 lakhs per yr...U cannot afford a car more than 15 lakhs (if unmarried) 10 lakhs (married) Its not at all worth to spend more than this limit for a depreciating asset... You will get some attention if u r driving a 2023 Mercedes....but no one will give a damn if ur driving a 2015 model..
  • Don't buy into luxury if u have to worry about its cost!

This is by far the most honest interview of owning a luxury car ❤

It can be intimidating to buy a luxury car, but for me buying a Tata harrier fulfilled those expectations, though it is not as luxurious as a merc or Jaguar . My car is very reliable and cost of ownership is very reasonable. Initially I had plans to shell out around 30 to 40 Lacs to buy a preowned X5 or a Mercedes SUV. But I now feel I made right decision to stick to harrier and invest the rest 😊

For designers, math won't work but design works
  • Replying from inside of my Nano CNG. Coste INR 3500 per anum for insurance 5000 for yearly maintenance. Average 30km per KG ( INR 90 ) It doesn't matter which car you own, What matters is you own it like your family member. Always buy a car before marriage whether 3L or 2CR car.
