Gregory Itzin, who plays the unfortunate Mr. Hayes here sadly passed away two years ago next month. He was best known for playing the corrupt President Logan on "24", for which he received two Emmy nominations, but also appeared on numerous other shows, including various Star Trek series, ER, Quantum Leap, CSI, The West Wing, Boston Legal, and Firefly.
