Ouch. Isaac says "I did the math wrong" as the Final Score is revealed. He'll remember that mistake for a long time!

Didn't need to bet that much from second place.

"Legend of a mind" Moody Blues

I almost thought Isaac got lucky and won his 10th game after Jay's remaining total but that wasn't the case...what an unexpected ending

Turn on, Tune in, Drop Out. I admittedly pulled this one out of my butt. I picked him over Kinsey.

When you are in second place, you have to assume the leader will bet enough to cover your maximum bet. In that case if you both correct it doesn't matter how much you wager the leader wins. The only way you can win is if the leader gets the question wrong so you only need to wager a small amount so that if you are also wrong you still have enough to win.

Didn't realize he went to prison!! Great "Final Jeopardy" question!
  • Sorry, it didn’t work out for you, Isaac, but you had a great run. 9 wins and almost $220,000. We’ll see you in the Tournament of Champions.
  • @samjohns6602
Doesn't 2nd place win $3000, and 3rd wins $2000? So the champ won less than the losers. I thought that's what Isaac was laughing at at first.
  • @BigMichael78
Rules question: If the winner has less than $2K is he bumped up to $2K and does the second-place player also get $2K?

This was a good clue. Too bad I couldn’t think of an answer. Anyone know which prison Dr. Leary escaped from? As for Manson, were they referring to Charles Manson?
  • First small payoff for this season on “Jeopardy!”
  • Got it. Shows which side of the cultural divide you were on in the 60's and 70's. It's a famous and funny (to some people) story where they used a helicopter for the escape.
  • I got it right, but I was just guessing based on thinking, "Who, in the Sixties, might have been taking a psych test he had designed?"
