word of advice from someone who used to do this stuff for a living: you want them to work fast and proper? Bring a jug of coffee and a dozen donuts each morning. The guys will love you....

The mold correlation with sickness. YES YES YES Gas-mask up whenever you're walking in areas with still air and mold. 3x in 3 weeks is not normal!

The high ground water is due to lack of trees. You can add bamboo in some areas as border and it will suck up that water fast and plant trees . Buy chestnuts and bury them. Buy fruit trees. Trees are like hydraulic pumps and will drain water. Plant clover seeds for green ground cover. Then get some beehives . Sell some cars to pay for it all

I like the fact that you put out real videos, everyone want to put out "look how great my life is" and you put out your stuff, good, bad, or indifferent. Like it

Tyler--Its good to see progress on your 3.0 garage and your additions to your home. You should have the leaky areas checked for mold immediately. My wife and I moved into our new home about 25 years ago and about several years later discovered some mold issues that wound up getting us both very sick. Mold can really mess you up especially if it isn't removed right away. That said--I hope you and April and your daughter are feeling better soon. PS--The dozen donuts suggestion along with coffee idea in the morning for the workers is a great idea. Take care Tyler--JT

Oh my gosh Tyler….i hope you get your health back soon and permanently. So happy to see your beautiful home and garage coming together.

When my nephew would spend more than a day at his grandmothers house he'd get sick. He had countless tests done, and even had his tonsils removed. A few years after all that his grandmother redid her basement. They found black mold under the flooring, likely what was making my nephew sick.

Sorry you and your family aren’t feeling well. Make sure you get plenty of rest when you can and drink plenty of fluids, too. Too bad about your mold issue in your house also, you should get that checked as soon as you feel well enough to do that.
