Rest in peace knowing your amazing music and songwriting will forever be not just remembered .. but revered. Thanks for the many air-drumming moments I've had this last 40 years and those I'll continue to have for as long as it takes to join you in a better place. Currently on a Rush marathon. RIP Neil Peart.

Sometimes when somebody famous passes away, people say "What are you upset about? They didn't even know who you were, you've never even met them." But what they fail to understand is that it's not that we ever knew them, or that they ever knew of us - it's that they helped us to know ourselves. "Freewill" stuck with me and has been part of my modus operandi since the first time I heard the lyrics in high school. Thank you for writing them for us all. RIP to a brilliant musician, and my favorite drummer of all-time.

Rush is so incredible because they made complicated music attractive to the masses.

Alex’s guitar work is plain bonkers in this track! That explosive guitar solo in the middle of this song is beyond amazing! 🤟🏼

RUSH started out as a warm-up act for Aerosmith and KISS. They said Aerosmith treated them like a third rate bar band while KISS were really great and supportive.

You know, one of the main things that has always blown me away about RUSH to this day is when I hear them I still think "there's only three guys in this band". They sound like five.

The transition to the part at 4:00 is just... so surreal. One of the all time greatest bands.
