Who’s listening in 2024 and still thinks this song is a masterpiece?
-
2024 still listening?❤
-
We will never have this sort of music again, how lucky were we to live that period
-
Gillan = perfection, Blackmore = perfection, Lord = perfection, Glover =perfection and Paice = perfection = Deep Purple = perfection.
-
no digital fuckery, no autotune, no fake talent, pure artistry
-
Still gives me the goosebumps 53 years later. I am 70 now. Thanks Deep Purple .
-
I'm tired of commenting on this....decades upon decades. This is work Art, not just a song.
-
this is probably the best song ever played. The instrumental is fantastic and for the vocal performance there is no good enough word to describe such a thing
-
this audience did not yet know that they were participating in one of the greatest performances in the history of music
-
Ian Gillan is one of the truly great singers. The controlled screams are legendary.
-
THIS HAS TO BE ONE OF THE GREATEST PERFORMANCES OF ALL TIME... OF ANY BAND... ANYWHERE.. AND ANY ERA... PURE PERFECTION... FACT
-
Every time I listen to YOUR music I immediately feel 16 years old. Over time we grow old, but the soul, like your music, will always remain young. DEEP PURPLE I am always with you....
-
John Lord, best organ player ever. Ritchie Blackmore, guitar genius. Ian Gillian, most underrated voice in Rock n Roll. Deep Purple, one of the most unique bands in history.
-
One of the all time best songs of the 70's. I'm 68 and it still blows my mind. Thanks Deep Purple
-
Best song ever written. From a 68yr old. What a wonderful time that was. Such a screwed up awful world we live in now.
-
This footage is 54 years old and counting. The youngest in the audience is now in their 70's. And what a privilege to have been there. I just wish I had.
-
I bought this album when I was 13, I am 64 now and that scream still sends chills up my spine!!
-
Yes,2024 and we are still listening!!!!!! For me "Child in Time" by Deep Purple,"Stairway to Heaven" by Led Zeppelin and "July Morning" by Uriah Heep are the most legendary songs of the Hard Rock
-
This song is definitely a masterpiece. Silence and concentration of the audience are absolutely amazing... They are not moving, not singing... They are just absorbed by this diamond song.
