Could it be done more easily on a C axis lathe? Turning, drilling, tapping, milling, chamfering, then parting

Nice setup. How can you ensure all parts are held equally? Are they so consistent in diameter that you don’t worry or is there some kind of preload built in the jaws for each part?

Did you mills those jaws and that rack just to hold the parts?? Looks like a sweet operation!
