The battle was fierce as the Covenant Elites had captured the smaller hill and had pushed up entirely on the bridge. Luckily, one of the last few Pelicans to land on the Higher base carried a group of Spartans including 117. Further aid was cut off as Covenant Anti-air support had established themselves too close. The Spartans being rather new to combat with the Covenant made good progress but fell to the battle hardened Elites of the Covenant. All hope seemed loss until Master Chief used his, canonical, HUGE MASSIVE DUMP TRUCK ASS TO FLATTEN THE COVIE BASTARDS. So in order to pay homage to the lore, we need to ensure our asses in game can represent the absolute CAKES on the average Spartan.

The loss of the spartans' dump truck ass is truly a horrific tragedy.

In the weirdest way it feels like they took away a core element in the franchise. The idea that men and woman struggled together in the Howling Dark is a detail that's just as equal to the other elements that make the game feel alive

They don’t need to do any thing crazy. Just create the male and female Spartans like the past two installments and let them each have there own body type options (similar to what it is currently) Trying to do taller or shorter is just silly and would just create more issues.

Honestly, as much as I may joke about Spartan ass, the main reason I personally hope proper body type selection gets implemented is so that my Spartan can have a track runner build, and so that others who want to play as a Spartan who’s built like Jorge or whatever body type can do that.

Jokes about Reach’s female spartan models aside, I adored Reach so much as a kid because, for the first time in a video game franchise I loved, I felt represented. I no longer felt like I was an outcast for being a young girl who liked FPS video games. And the more I played Reach, the more proud I was to be a nerd who loved Halo. Maybe it’s a bit overdramatic of me to say, but I feel like all this “we can’t have female body types, everyone has to look the same!” is just going backwards.
