Be Inclusive In Your Business

Published 2024-06-10
As Wedding Florists, I think most of us want everyone from the LGBTQIA+ community know that we are nice people who welcome them and their business! Yet a startling amount of Florists are using incorrect terminology or just not showing on their online presence at all, that people from this community are safe and welcome.
If you are a wedding florist that finds themselves always using the term 'Bride and Groom', then this podcast is for you!
My Guest, Alison Ellis (my floral idol!), talks with me about changes we can make in our business (online and of), to show that we are inclusive and welcoming.
Alison also has more info and videos over on her blog if you'd like to check it out here -
