    question, did the one who sold you the boat give you a title an reg with it? also great job bring the ol SeaKing back to life, make sure to mix gas an 2 stroke oil for its fuel 25:1

    When doing that compression check on a pull start motor rip that cord about 5 times as hard you can to actually find the compression value. Your method at least told you that they’re similar but I bet you could get up to 80-90 psi with a few pulls more
