Jammu and Kashmir has been witnessing incessant rainfall for the last 3 days resulting in flash floods. The torrential rains have caused flood-like situations in some parts of northern Kashmir’s Handwara and Kupwara districts. In Ramban district, a 13-year-old boy was killed as he was hit by a boulder after a landslide. In the Boniyar area of Baramulla district, seven members of a family were injured after their house collapsed due to landslides. Watch this video for more information.
