As a Mexican American it’s so strange to me that when you see American commentary channels speaking about Canelo it’s always about how great he is and pretty much just praising him(which I think he deserves most of it). But on Mexican media outlets, or social media he gets so much hate from the Mexican community.
  • When Canelo fights, the whole of Mexico knows, but it's frustrating to be Mexican and talk about Canelo with other Mexicans who are casual boxing fans and don't even understand the weight of his career. Unfortunately, a great majority of Mexicans detest Canelo for comparing him to Chávez, saying that Canelo is cowardly in the ring (because they don't understand that boxing has evolved to be more technical, precise, and beautiful). It's ironic that the whole world respects Canelo and the majority of his haters are from Mexico just because they don't know about boxing and think he's overrated. Thanks for making this video, Mouse, you're the GOAT

Dj turns French when he sees some good fighting 😂 “Ouiiiii!!!!”

I mean he’s so good that he coaches Sean O’mally while boxing professionally!

Never thought I'd see the day where one of my favorite MMA fighters react to a video of one of my favorite boxers. I also like how DJ is so awe-struck everytime Canelo does a beautiful technique sequence because I do the exact same thing everytime I rewatch his fights or checkout his highlights.
  • Canelo's movement is such a thing of beauty. The way he flows is outright artful and so damn graceful. Definitely one of my fav boxers to watch
  • @ExXile_1
Him switching his style from the counter puncher waiting for his openings to walking guys down & creating his openings was when he really came into his own & showcased his full abilities. Eddie’s a great coach too that doesn’t get enough credit for helping develop Canelo

The exchanges in that Cotto fight were insane. They look like two anime characters exchanging in the void

    So happy you’re covering boxing

DJ sounding like he is watching a Muay Thai fight 😂
  • @Xenamos
When Canelo is on his head movement is a pleasure to watch

The first Ggg fight my favorite boxing fight of all time, so many shifts in momentum with Canelo starting off strong using good footwork and poking at G. Then G finding his range for a good 6 rounds until Canelo realizes he needs to start pushing forward and start working his pressure game. Such a sick fight
