I don't know how it started, but suddenly I've been watching these types of videos for more than a week and it always comes to my mind that by watching them so much and often, specially before sleep, my subconscious is going to create a nightmare that will make me feel the same same agony or claustrophobia in a real way in my dreams... , but still, I sleep like baby.

Scientists have proven that the tectonic plates are constantly shifting. One inch here, one inch there at ANY moment & you would never know you are stuck in there until you can no longer fit. So dangerous.

Bravo guys, 👏🏼 amazing! I went through confined space training in the fire academy and I have explored some amature caves but those tight spaces I've never gotten super comfortable with. When it comes to caves there's just something about that stillness & how the quiet sounds to me that creeps me out and instantly jacks my heart rate up.
