I put together this Hobonichi Workshop about how to keep track of your mental and physical health in the Weeks. I've been keeping this type of planner since last year and for 2020, more than ever, it's a good idea to keep this kind of journal for your wellbeing. This is the condensed version of the workshop I prepared for Plannercon 2019. Since many people couldn't attend, I decided to share it here with you all~

I loved this video. I had already decided to make my 2023 Weeks into a health planner & this gave me lots of ideas! I love that you encouraged keeping it light & fun because health things can sometimes feel heavy and emotionally charged. I don’t have a Weeks now but am thinking maybe I should pick up a 2022 one now so that I can get started sooner! Even if I only use a few months, I could also use the rest of that book later for planning spread ideas or experimenting with other things. Not sure yet. Anyhow, thanks again — great video!! 💜

This is THE MOST comprehensive guide to tracking I have found! You actually influenced me to buy my 1st Hobonichi and get started. I need to track health and I think this is perfect for what I am looking for. Now waiting for it to arrive in the mail!!!

Thanks for such a thorough video, April! I was highly inspired by this video and ordered myself a weeks for next year to track my health in 2024 😊 I'll have to try many of these ideas and see what works best for me!
  • What a wonderful workshop and very timely for the start of a new month. So many things I am going to use in my own notebook. Thank you

Thank you April! Very good examples. Me and the weeks aren't friends. I stopped purchasing, but I might try it again 2021. The Hobonichi A5/A6 has been my go to.
  • I am planning on using my weeks for a health/memory planner this year and this was so helpful! I absolutely love your idea about the mood tracker and couldn’t agree more. I could never make them work for me because like you said, my mood cycles throughout the day and sometimes I’m feeling more than one thing. I might be happy and grateful but also have anxiety, ect ect. This makes so much more sense and I will be adding it in my 2022 planner. Thank you! 💜
  • I'm inspired to do a health journal this 2022. Although its May already, will incorporate it in my hobo. Love how you said that as humans we have a spectrum of emotion which is true. Also, love how MX song makes you happy!! 💕

Thank you for this. I love this. I usually use my weeks for work tasks but I got the Ranma 1/2 weeks and since I love Ranma 1/2 I was looking for a way to use my weeks with something more personal and this really inspired me.
