2025 Toyota Crown Signia review by The Straight Pipes. The Crown Signia is putting down a combined 240 horsepower and 178 lb-ft of torque from a 2.5L 4 cylinder hybrid with 2 electric motors. At $47.990 USD, would you take it over a Volvo Wagon or a Regular Lexus SUV?

When did wagon become a bad word in cars? I have had a station wagon for years and it is a god sent. I can haul so much stuff and people, it is fun to drive. The whole shaming of cars is why we are paying top dollar for oversized non practical cars.

I'm currently car shopping - and honestly wish there were more wagons and hatchbacks. But, I agree with the comments - I don't know why people in North America hate on wagons so much. They are phenomenal and much better than all these weird small SUV's with basically zero trunk space
  • This might be the coolest looking vehicle Toyota has come out with in quite a while. Like it much more than the Crown.
  • Toyota should've brought over the drop dead gorgeous Crown Sport to North America instead. It's a much more compelling car or at least make a Prius Cross that looks exactly like the Crown Sport but smaller and at a lower starting price

If there's one thing you're guaranteed with that powertrain, it's reliability!

After owning a Honda Crosstour for many years I may have finally found my next car.

I hope they bring the Crown Sport next, this red is šŸ”„

It's giving lexus RX front end, Corolla Cross and lexus rear, and UX vibes. This is a win. Let see what the refreshed RAV 4 looks like.
  • Wagons & minivans are two of the most practical, rational vehicles that meet most of consumer needs.

Nice to see the two of you back together. It was weird seeing you solo...

Drove a (manual)ford focus estate in Switzerland. Was a cool car and held almost as much luggage as my wifes Outback. Def bring back the Wagons

Your "visor roar" will become my new ringtone; thanks!

I have zero issues with this being a wagon. Looks really good. Better than the Crown Sedan IMO. Thank you guys for the review. Top notch as always ā¤

This has actually become not just a Crown that I actually like but one of my favorite SUVs ever. Look, I want my cars to be nice enough, and this is nice enough :), with lots of space and practicality while being a hybrid so you get decent MPGs and it's comfortable, plus, it should be reliable because it's a Toyota. So personally, I don't need my cars to be nicer than this if that means massive price and weight hikes, plus, most premium SUVs tend to have harsher suspension because they like to pretend they are sporty but that doesn't speak to me, if I want a sports car I would just buy a sports car :) So yeah! This is pretty much perfect for what I would want in an SUV so I LOVE it (Despite the CUV sound šŸ’€)
