I️ really like how this season, the most expensive dishes aren’t only expensive due to gold and/or truffles, but rather the quantity and quality of the food. $30 for that whole fish? That’s such a good deal.

That Chef at Holbox seemed so incredibly skilled. He really amazed me!

Holbox looked like a super pricey place. The presentation and the quality of ingredients for that taco to only cost $6 was amazing to me
