It wasn’t until I began taking lithium for bipolar that my mind stabilized enough for me to understand who I am in Christ, which propelled me into healing over the next 18 years, and still going on.🙏✝️🕊️🙋‍♀️❤️‼️

Just because we are born again doesn't mean we don't need professional help to process our emotions.

“ We heal in layers” Wow! Such an eye opener! Thank you very much !!!
  • This really touched home to me. I lost triplet babies late in my pregnancy. Since then I have had 2 boys, a divorce and a single mom. I have since been in survival mode and just never processed all that I have gone through and really struggling

Love her explanations. I have been facing unsurmountable pain and trauma due to a neglectful husband. I know it's not just me or my emotional response, and it's symptomatic that something very wrong is going on here and he refuses to address it. Prayers appreciated because this has to change.
  • One of the best pieces of advice/wisdom that I was ever given was from a pastor who had lost his adult daughter suddenly to an acute autoimmune storm. He said that the only way forward is to learn how to plod through every single day, every single hour, every single moment. Jesus meets us as we methodically plod through our days in His strength.
  • Too many traumatic events, chronic Illness, and then husband had several affairs. Im trying to get healthy now. It's hard. But I know it's possible
  • Thankfully, my situation was not mentally. It was a diagnosis of PFO a congenital heart disease. It was confirmed that stress from my ex spouse brought on attacks. Now that he is out of my life, I have not experienced those panic attacks. I was healed as soon as he left me. I still have pfo. Him leaving me saved my life. No more 911.

Thank you so much for this. I've been suffering from reoccurring postpartum depression. I seeked helped today after dealing for it with weeks. I've been told by peers that it was a faith issue... and I felt like a bad Christian. Thank you for this messaged. This was a blessing for me tonight.

  • She is a a stellar phycologist!!! I have related to her immensely!
  • I have been through some severe trauma and I’ve done a lot of work over a 30 year period. Everything she is saying I have experienced. I’m looking forward to reading her book.
  • Yes transference is a real thing and I took it out on those around me for years until I realized I was only hurting myself. I had to forgive them in order to find the peace I so badly needed.
  • YOU HAVE BEEN A BLESSING, YOUR EXPRESSIONS, VOCABULARY, HONESTY, EXPERIENCES, HUMILITY, KNOWLEDGE, AND ATTITUDE IS SO DELIBERATE AND HELPFUL ALL AT ONCE!!!🥰😇😍

“We’re never walk without a limp.” So well phrased.
  • I really enjoyed this message. I often just say 'I'm doing well', but am I really? How many things am I holding inside that will come out in my behavior somehow? Praise the Lord for his Holy Spirit who walks with us through a lifetime of sanctification.
