You'll hear me say it a few times but I wasn't originally going to get the Hasbro Marvel Legends Mega Deluxe M.O.D.O.K., being pretty happy with the old school Toy Biz version. But, due to fate and my hatred of paying shipping, I went ahead and grabbed it. I'm glad I did.

  • Lol I love how only MODOKs face is taking up half of the screen!😅
  • For $50 he should come with some blast effects, or weapon attachments.
  • @MoparMcNeer
In regards to the new MODOK show: "It hits you weird when you get about half way through it". I couldn't have explained it better Robo. It took me a bit, but I really enjoyed it.
  • I hunted him for 2 months, and he was just in Gamestop with Deluxe Thanos. I had the AIM 2 pack, and he's on my Villain shelf proudly. MODOK is absolutely fantastic imo. Also, I had no idea you could store his extra bits in him. Thanks for the inspiration!!

This one is a lot of fun — I gave mine a mod - I have lights in the eyes and the forehead…. It’s pretty cool So glad I don’t have to buy 7 figures to build it
  • I’m seriously gonna have to do the eye brows thing too, I like how it looks and it’s mostly Bc of the show, I really liked the show, just stupid fun like this figure
  • @CandGoods
The $50 pricepoint is a definitely a bit much for a regular figure, but I feel like its pretty on-point for what is essentially a BAF in a box. I just thought this morning that perhaps they could give us a new Blob in this format.
  • I literally JUST saw this at target. They had 2 of them and I almost got one but I had to get a haircut
  • @ethanesplin6852
I love the Modok with eyebrows and pupils in the intro. They make him look so much better and like the show version
  • @fightingtyler14
Glad Robo reviewed it. I'd asked him to in one of the live chats. I know he was going back and forth on it. Always love to hear his thoughts, especially on a figure this cool!! 🙂

I dont know why, but I am cracking up at the heat gun theme song/screen rattling bit! 2:33

I had to make a choice. I could either get MODOK or the Maestro. I took the Maestro pre-order. I just can't get into a giant head that looks like he expelling a fiery fart. So old, bald Hulk it is. And with the twenty bucks I saved, I pre-ordered Web-Man too.
  • @Meathook49
I'm going to be getting this one. You've shown me everything I expected about it in terms of movement, but I was surprised about the assembly required. It seemed like a drawback at first, but it looks fun lol
  • @Ultrazilla
I kinda want it, buuuuut $50, can't do it, because I'm indifferent on the character itself. Price drop, though, absolutely! As a figure it really looks good. Great job as always, Robo!
  • @cheap3577
Mark my words one day we will get an edible action figure.
  • @VisperaInfernal
If you think about it, you only pay 45 for it because you were about to pay 5 bucks for shipping. or at least that's the kind of mental gymnastics i use when adding figures just to get to free shipping.
  • After an Amazon fiasco (which has continued with all of my villains wave orders being cancelled or delayed) I finally got this figure about a month ago and as someone who's not super into M.O.D.O.K., this is probably on my top 10 Marvel Legends period, he has his own section on the villains shelf between the Avengers and X-Men villains. It just nails the look of the character I have in my brain, and I really like the subtle paintwork on the faces. The lack of articulation also doesn't bother me as he can still get in expressive poses, getting his arms forward with the open hands and yelling face makes for a hilarious 'what the hell is this!?!' look.
