Best review I've seen so far. I've had mine for a couple weeks now & I love it. Thanks for the great info. Getting the flat out & suspension seat post on your great recommendation.
  • I only had 67 miles on my Aventon Aventure 2 and burned my hub motor up climbing a steep paved road. I only had the bike a little over a month. I took it back to the bike shop and they ordered me a new hub motor and wheel. The warranty is good for two years.

Well done brother! Considering purchasing one and your factual impression of your ownership and the fact you state you plan on keeping it for years tells me everything I needed to know. Even your add-ons were spot on. Great job mate. Thanks.

I just ordered mine today and got an amazing deal on it, I cant wait to ride it! Now I'm definitely getting the Sun Tour seat post like yours. Thanks for the detailed video!

Great review!. I had an X Grip mount and went to the Quad Lock. I liked it so much I installed one on all my motorcycles and the car.

I've always enjoyed the finish on Aventon bikes, and I'm glad it has a good torque sensor. Cheap cadence sensor setups will always be at the bottom of the barrel, but a good current-based cadence system with dynamic assist can be very pleasant, and in some cases more responsive than a torque sensor. I use a Suntour post and love it, and liked my Rockbros bag as well until the zipper separated. Stay safe, and thanks for the video!

The torque sensor is genuinely better than I expected

great video friend, very comprehensive.. How do you go with your feet on the pedals, when going around some tighter corners do they touch the front tyre? Cheers from Australia

Great review and info! Curious about what that security device is? Tried looking up rock port, rock fort but no luck. Thanks!
  • @fshaynes1
Thanks for the review! I missed the last bit you mentioned about a security device and it's not in the list of links. Can you specify?

Great review and color. I've been looking at this bike and their level 2 bike. Also the magicycle ocelot pro. It's for the Mrs, she's only 5'3" or even 5'2"..i love that you mentioned the other type of seat post as she'll need keep seat near lowest possible. Only other concern is her reach. How tall is your wife. She looked pretty comfortable, I'm worried she may have to reach forward? She rides a conventional cruiser now with the bars that bend back to rider. Do you know if can add a stem to bars that would allow adjust to bring back towards rider so she can be upright? Thanks again very helpful!
  • I was told by my bike shop that Bagang makes the rear hub motor for that bike.
