  • Sir, your video is amazing. No need to apologise for it and say bear with me. I was repairing the wife's 09 Suburban and had to go to YouTube because there was not a door. This Missouri boy really appreciates getting advice from a talented person who works. Well done and thanks again

Good job fabricating the cover plate! The filter cost around $15 - $20 but the crazy cover plate costs over $30! You saved a lot of money. But, I would get the correct size filter because the dust will go around the edges. Good video! Thanks! My new filter and cover plate will arrive tomorrow!

What purpose does sealing it in serve?
  • @josephkiff849
First off, thanks for making me realize I’m not insane and it is sealed. Second off, what did you use to cut it out? Do I need to break out the dremel or will a simple box cutter make it through. Thanks for the video man!
