To celebrate the 2024 Paris Olympics, New Balance dropped a collection available only at their La Marais store in Paris. Included in this collection which was designed in part by artist Franck Pellegrino, was this 997. This Made in USA model features a unique blend of colours, and the typical quality materials that New Balance is known for.     This is a very nice pair. And while the 997R these days is a nice upgrade, I think New Balance should release more original 997’s.

    Honestly, I think it would be dope to see a 997/998/999v2 with updated tech in the midsole foam.

    I have white/navy 997r's. The leather ones go hard even though they are Asia ones. Classic gr color. These Paris ones are well done and a nice piece for the collection

    They’re cool I could see since t china and Holiday inspired on the model. I’m not a fan of this model or the v6 but between the two the v6 is cooler looking. It the color-way on the given pair is much nicer if that makes sense!
