the thing about this too is like. you weren't really mocking a person for the act of romanticizing their spaghetti, or the idea of romanticizing mundane aspects of your life. you were laughing at the absurdity/silliness of the phrasing "romanticize your spaghetti" used unironically bc it sounds like a shitpost lmao

I think the problem with the Mr beast videos is that he usually doesnt properly address the fact that the system is creating this harm. Mr Beast unintentionally (id assume) creates these feel good stories that dont really address how a lot more people still cant afford 10 minute eye surgery and need help.
