I actually like the speed you speak, you speak at the pace of my mind and I don’t have to speed up your videos like I do with so many others on YouTube 🤗
-
As a NYC resident, it was entertaining, watching you go through the realization of what you were looking for in the location and price range was far out dream

A week ago, I finished my search for apartments in New York. Funny enough, I also viewed the first three apartments from the video :) In the listings, they looked much better in the photos :)

Great Video!! Apartment in NYC is like a full time job. Congratulation on finding a place.. FYI , I am familiar with some of those apartments you toured..haha
-
New to your channel, I find it very interesting, I love NYC! Did you see they installed a “portal” near the Flat Iron building which looks into Dublin (and Dublin can look back at NYC)!?
-
Greetings from Europe, thanks for the tour! NYC is beautiful but too expensive...
-
I wanna move to Chicago but I'm scared that I might get shot so I'm just going to stay in nyc
-
Thanks for sharing your apartment tour! It was extra entertaining cause I live in LIC and in that apartment that you viewed. We could’ve been neighbors 😂
-
From an Australian, love your vlogs.

Uh i feel this! I live in Boston and finding an apartment is the most ridiculous thing in the world
-
FASCINATING; than you for sharing.
-
Midtown is worst because of traffic, upper east side and west side is better less traffic and less commercial
-
You mentioned you were living with 4 housemates previously. Is this new place also with housemates? So is the total rent price split between 2? Thanks!
-
For 4-4.5k you can find some really nice and large apartments in midtown right now (May 2024)
-
Omg, the speed of speaking is insane , it gives me anxiety!

This is what happens when you watch too much Sex and the City.

Why in the world would you look at pre-war apartments in the East Village and LES if you needed central AC? It seems like a real waste of time on everyone’s part. Virtually every apartment building built at least through the 70s has radiator heat and can’t easily be modified with vents. There are even older Park Ave buildings where billionaires live that don’t have central AC. Central AC isn’t common in NYC apartments outside of new builds, like the ones in LIC.
