My experience : I was awake for first 10 minutes, then fell asleep for next 15 minutes and woke up again listening to Guruji's voice. Feeling relaxed and refreshing.

I was studying and gradually felt very asleep..I decided to do yoga nidra...In between I slept..but by the end I was in my senses and was like omg I'm still feeling sleepy...but as soon as I woke up...I felt soo fresh soo good...not sleepy at all..thankyouuu

I did this and woke up so refreshed and light after only about 30-40 minutes. Then I rolled over and went to sleep normally and woke up so groggy. What a difference!
