No debt is good. Debt is slavery. I don't care if people say you can leverage debt to make money and that's good debt. It's still not good. It's risky and people get burned by that all the time. The people who say its good just haven't been burned yet. Become debt free and you are free.

I am a doctor, a board certified diagnostic radiologist. I early retired in my thirties because I value freedom mobility and health over working a day job, I have several homes and my base right now is in Asia. Thanks for sharing the book. I found it online at my library and requested it to read. I think it's important to see what got people through the great depression, as I think we'll be in the middle of one soon.

Excellent program. The cooment about stocks being wealth is not correct. They are claims against wealth. When the stock market rises , the claims against wealth increase and not the underlying wealth. The goal at some point is to convert some of these claims into tangible assets. Gold is a way to preserve wealth. Your chair looks comfortable. What is the brand? Mine is not very comfortable and i am looking to upgrade if you like your chair for its comfort.

my take is energy is key and that to save this economy from a total collapse we need cheap energy. I believe there will be a huge push for small modular reactor (SMR) nuclear technology that could replace solar, wind and all the rest.

Get a wallet with rfid protection. You never know with the new debit and credit cards and tap and pay feature. Just to be safe.
