The last scene sold it to me. Seeing them three together, is what i hoped for. πŸ˜„ Childhood memories.

John Ashton reportedly came out of retirement to do this movie. Much respect to him. Serge is coming back. Hell yeah!

40 years later!! I never would have dreamed to see those 3 together again !!!
  • I just love the fact that they got the "old band" back together. That alone is a success right there.

The whole trailer I was thinking, "If Taggart and Billy don't come back for this..." Thanks, Ashton and Reinhold (and Eddie, too). πŸ˜‚ You don't know how happy it made me to see that last scene in the car with the three of you...

We got Bad Boys 4, Beverly Hills Cop 4 now we need Rush Hour 4
  • I grew up watching Beverley Hills Cop III over and over when I was a kid back in the 90's (part III was always my favorite of the franchise). I own the trilogy box set of all three films on Blu-ray DVD now. Best believe I'm catching part IV when it hits theaters this summer. πŸ’―

I still remember one of the funnest scenes was in a nightclub when Axel told the waitress that Taggart was the ex-president, Gerald Ford OMG and he stood up and waved, Billy just shook his head, these three guys working together was what made this film hilarious, seeing them all together is like comfort food, very familiar and very cool, I can't wait to see this movie.

This is ABSOLUTELY the #1 movie I’m looking forward to seeing this year. No other movie comes close. Wish it was coming out in theaters. Eddie Murphy RULED the 80’s. He can work along side ANYONE. Can’t wait to see it. 🍿

Axel hanging on a trailer door/driving a cement mixer, smashing cars and everything on the streets, the Pointer Sisters on the background, while eating butter popcorn and a Coke at the theater, with your friends. Pure and beautiful 80s nostalgia. I'm sold on this move!

Good to see this coming! Eddies been missed of late from the limelight, I know he's always doing something though with that quicksilver mind of his. There really isn't much he can't do and hasn't exceled at, stand up, acting, singing, producing, etc. The word 'Genius' gets thrown around ALOT but Eddie really is one, I thought I knew it as far back as SNL, Raw, and Trading places, but I came to absolutely know, right after I watched the 1999 movie 'Life' produced by Eddie, as well as him starring in it. It REALLY shows what Eddie can do! It's easily one of my all time favourite movies, not just as a comedy, but as an all round MUST watch. If you've somehow missed it, do yourself a big favour and catch it asap! The question of if he'll ever do stand up again, comes down to if he really feels the need and if he wants to show what he's got. There is ZERO doubt his mind still works faster and better than most comic's out there, but it's a game I think he's done with doing, simply because he's already done it and he's well aware of the effort it takes to do. He tested it at his mark twain prize, he CAN do it, give the man a stage and he'll deliver, but he'd have to hone any act down tight as, to bring his A game and that takes ALOT to do. Why do so if you have nothing to prove or really want to say on a stage these days. Others want him on stage for there own reasons, which I get it would be great, but you've got to remember comedians like Dave Chappelle, do stand up because they WANT to, no other reason but that. Eddie doesn't … yet.
