रायबरेली और अमेठी में नामांकन खत्म होने में अब एक ही दिन बचे हैं...लेकिन कांग्रेस पार्टी ने अभी तक उम्मीदवारों के नामों के पत्ते नहीं खोले हैं.... कांग्रेस ने अभी तक नहीं बताया है कि गांधी परिवार अपने गढ़ को बचाने के लिए इन सीटों पर उतरेगा...या मैदान से बाहर जाएगा... हालांकि कांग्रेस नेता दावा कर रहे हैं कि 24 घंटे के अंदर नामों का ऐलान हो जाएगा... इसके लिए सोनिया गांधी ने अपने सबसे खास केएल शर्मा को रायबरेली और अमेठी भेज भी दिया है...वहीं गौरीगंज में पार्टी का दफ्तर रंगरोगन होकर तैयार है..लेकिन उम्मीदवार के नाम का ऐलान नहीं होने की वजह से वहां भी सन्नाटा पसरा है...
