Coach, you move beautifully on the mat. That's a killer double leg, amazing timing. I really hate those eccentric loading drills, they're so tiring, but they are so critical for selling the fake.

Your videos are always so helpful coach. I have learned a lot more from this channel than I have from my high school coach. Keep up the good work 🙏🏼

Hallo Mr Creighton, Just an appreciative comment for your work. You are my favorite wrestling coach on youtube and i study your impeccable technique for hours and hours through the days. My knees cant endure much physical practise at the moment but i have a good ability to aquire motor skills by watching footage and i make use of it the best i can. Greetings from Greece.
  • Amazing video. I’m a beginner wrestler, and I see that there are some opponents who won’t tie up which is fine, but someone needed to teach me this incase I get no tie ups

I don’t wrestle but this video is really cool thank you
  • Could you give your opinion on this? I’ve seen a bunch of Jordan Burroughs’ matches, but he fakes and then shoots. I started practicing like actually going into the shot and pulling out and shooting it again, do you think that would work?
