Not too far in the past, Boeing epitomized the image of a steadfast industrial titan, renowned for crafting the safest and most cutting-edge aircraft soaring through the skies.

Pilots, industry insiders, and even the flying public once echoed their unwavering trust in the company with a simple yet powerful phrase: "If it's not Boeing, I'm not going."

Their appearance in the media over the last five years have been for all the wrong reasons. The common thread being the commercial giant’s efficacy in evading the truth.

And, it seems, the lies continue to mount.

All this because Boeing made the stock price more important than the plane's safety.

I’d fly Airbus Anyday. But will never put my Feet on a Boeing 737!

How does anyone who has a basic knowledge of aviation not know the door is going to blow open?

I think that the problems with Boeing all started with the MD11. What I suspect is that the faulty wiring on those planes caused fires on board and brought the Swiss Air flight down. They got away with it back then and have continued their path.

Boeing, what the hell is wrong with you guys......????

Like all corporate socialism players, Boeing wants full price for their product but super low cost to maximize profit.

So if a terrorist wanted to get into the cockpit to hijack the plane, they could shoot out a window and the door would open automatically? Great design :/

The behaviour of Boeing is inexcusable. Never will I fly on a Boeing aircraft again just on principal alone. Imagine taking an old airframe and thinking that sticking on bigger engines was going to be a success. Imagine trying to point out safety issues and getting murdered for doing so. I believe the last CEO walked away with a 60 million package.
