She’s genuinely a wonderful human being. Every morning for the last 5 years, her voice, gentle guidance, wise and funny words, as well as yoga at its best, have made a huge difference in my life and made every single day better. The ripple effect is true. Thank you so much Adriene (and Benji ! And her amazing team too) for changing my life. Gratitude is overflowing my heart ❤️ 🙏🏻 namaste

One of my favorite things about her is that she doesn’t take herself too seriously. She tells jokes and sings during yoga. It’s awesome!
  • He read my comment to her 😭 I’m so happy!! I’m a nurse-turned-doctor and I’m STILL in awe of how many lives she has saved! ❤️ Made my day that comment got to her

Also a golden medal to the interviewer - present, listening, not interrupting ...
  • @nancyn347
I like how the interviewer really listens to Adriene. He never interrupts her.
  • Yes absolutely Adriene saves lives. I realize every few months (after I fall off the wagon because I don't put self-care first) that I always feel better in every way when I am doing Yoga with Adriene. No other yoga is the same. Adriene's whole approach resonates with me. Thank you Adriene. And selfishly....please never stop.

I’ve never stuck with yoga until I found Yoga with Adriene about 6 months ago. Now I rarely miss a day. In the past, my teachers have encouraged competition and judgement. Adriene projects kindness and love, and encourages me to be gentle with myself. This 58 year old woman is stronger than I’ve ever been. Thank you, thank you, a thousand thank yous to Adriene.
  • Adriene embodies grace and calmness. She has the ability to show you can ground yourself and her practice teaches you acceptance to take your practice seriously while still cracking funny jokes. She is truly amazing, Namaste!

I instantly clicked. This girl is my voice. She is my church. I'm glad she realizes the power she has with her ripple effect. She saved my mentality and continues to teach me so many things.
  • Her channel has helped me climb out a depressive episode that I thought would take me out. As I'm taking her lessons, I'm reading a book by a neuroscientist called The Body Keeps the Score, and there is a whole chapter about the healing effects of yoga. I feel so so so priviledged to have access to these classes.
  • I was so ashamed of finding myself in a physically abusive relationship. Cashed in 401k, quit job, extinguished relationship with Sons. Yoga with Adriane gave me the strength to pack a backpack and find my way home. 4 states away. I have a wonderful life. Thanks to her. I owe this Angel my life.

Adriene, you truly saved my life. Last year in March, I was at one of the worst places in my life. I didn't want to go any further. Back then I didn't believe in yoga, I had never even considered doing it. But one day I don't know why, but I decided to try it. My first video was the one "yoga for releasing anger". You made me feel so safe. The kind of security I was trying so desperately to find. One and a half years later, I am in a much more stable place in my life. And it all thanks to you. I am still far from being perfect, but I repeat your mantra "lots of love in, lots of love out" and things just make more sense.

I met her in person once when I took her class in Austin a few years ago. She is 1000% genuine, she even gave me a hug. The sweetest human!

Adrienne has been there through so many emotions in my life. I've came to the mat crying, heartbroken, unconfident, happy, stressed, joyous, gassy 😂😂 and she'll never know! I remember finding her channel in 2012 at 22 and now here I am ten years later at 32 still doing her yoga 🧘‍♀️ 🕉 Find what feels good! 🙌
  • I am 68 years old, Adrien has been helping me for the past year and a half. I am stronger, more flexible and confident. Thank you both!
  • @rosannab7634
Adriene I was there every week before, during and after your voice surgery and the black and whites were awesome. So creative. I was one of your first 100 yoga followers, so incredible to watch you through your journey. Keep up the great work. We love you.
  • @kaiserfranz8139
She guided me through my darkest years. I always come to her when life is hard. I am so thankful she exists
  • She gives you tools to be a best friend to yourself and that's pretty magical. With the huge catalog of videos, I know I can find something that will work with me wherever I am at the moment. Need a hug? A massage? An excuse to do nothing and breath? Someone to suggest something a little weird to get out of your head? Someone just to push you a little further? It's all there. I feel so lucky to have found this gift!!!

I love that he gave her space to just express herself and think through her answers.

Following her for the last 1.5 years, doing yoga at home with her every morning. I feel like I can not start my day without her. I would not be able to show the resilience during pandemic. Thanks to Adrienne and her team. You are our heros. Namaste.
