Respect to you, you’re a credit to your service and your country. It’s a pleasure to have people like you and your wife in our country.

Help for Heros is a really popular charity here, you're bound to raise a lot of money!  good for you!!

Hi, folks. Firstly, it's good to hear that Chelsea is back to normal now. I suppose illness is an occupational hazard when you're around kids all day. Secondly, a brilliant idea to do the walk in aid of Help for Heroes (I believe Prince Harry is closely connected to it as he's a veteran himself). I will definitely be contributing via the website. I don't know when you will do it but, on the first quarter along the cliffs PLEASE remember to stay well away from the edge. Those cliffs are soft chalk, not hard rock, and are constantly eroding due to weather. Large lumps drop off all the time so stay clear. It's so brilliant that you'll be coming right through Brighton, where I live, I just hope that you have good weather for it. Best wishes......

Hi Kyle, I hope all is good with you two..... Have you heard of "Tough Mudder" in aid of "Help For Heroes"? It's a fantastic and demanding event and should be "right up your street"! My son has done it twice, and didn't take it lightly, so he trained hard for three months and, on the days raised big bucks for the cause (with some help from me)! Here is the link to the site, and there is an event in "The Midlands", which might be the nearest from your place.... I see they have an option of a shorter course, which seems to be a new thing, as James did the long course, but the entry fee was £50.00 at that time, so they have increased their prices! It's best to get a group to run with, and James had a guy and a gal with him, and everyone helps everyone else (not just the group but all of the runners)! I have a photo which I would like to have sent to you, and a short video of the man himself in the action! He had to face up to a lot of fears, such as leaping from a great height into water etc. but that didn't put him off from doing it again! All the very best to you.....

Great video, I will make sure i remember to donate £5. Hope your settling into uk life okay. You both seem very happy.
  • You are experiencing typical March weather here. 100 kilometres, I've just converted that it's just over 62 miles, I wish you good luck for that and it's a very good cause. I will definately make a donation. I hope you're going to do a video on the walk. I'm just trying to imagine walking 62 miles. I'm not surprised Chelsea isn't joining you in that. Interesting video, looking forward to the next.
