Not a single 8GB RAM option in sight, something Apple can learn from

$350 for a keyboard??? is microsoft smoking the same crack as apple???

Way more excited about windows potentially running well on ARM than more goofy ai features.

They lost me with the $350 keyboard. Accessory prices have gotten way out of control

the usecase for the separation of the keyboard is actually quite a big thing if you doing art in that device. since your “offhand” can’t rest in front of your screen since you need the space for drawing.
  • Wireless keyboard = Variable Viewing distance so good for eyes comfort, for hands/arms posture and even for viewing height of the Surface screen for ergonomics/posture. Additionally, wireless means you can write and type at the same time if for example doing science diagrams and typing up some notes alongside.

All I hear is intel is in trouble

The detachable keyboard is perfect if you are travelling and the seat in front of you has a folding table. Put your laptop up high and the keyboard on your lap👌

Still no native pdf EDITOR Still no decent email/calendar app (mail and calendar being replaced by “the new outlook” which is a disaster. Why does microsoft not polish software?

Erm I think we have that sort of thing in browsers where we can look back to find out something we saw maybe last week. I think it's called "History" or "Ctrl + H" on most if not all browsers. Personally I'd rather not have Microsoft screenshot anything even if it's "local"

Cool video! I’m still happy using my Pro X, but I hope this is a sign they’re finally serious about ARM. Honestly, five years later native compatibility should really be 100%.

The Bluetooth functionality used to be an add on device you’d click the keyboard to way back when the Surface line first came out

  • Great vid Ken! I'm in the market for a laptop and I think this is going to be be a good choice
  • Microsoft taking screenshots of your display and extracting information to feed its algorithms... What could go wrong?!

I got my Surface Pro preordered and oh am I ready for it! Don't really care about all the AI stuff though. Best of all, I can just carry over my Type Cover from my Surface Pro X!

The price is simply unreasonable, especially the upgrades are insane
