Occult Townhomes 🧹🦇 🐺 // The Sims 4 Speed Build

Maybe you could do another one with mermaid, alien and fairy (since so many people are trying to manifest it) even though we don’t really have them yet. I think those three would be an interesting combo.

I imagine the vampire moved in first in one of these three town houses and kept feeding on their human neighbours so that they repeatedly moved out. When the spellcaster moved in they could keep the vampire at bay with their magic but the other townhouse didn‘t get new residents for long so that the price of the property sunk more and more – until the werewolves could afford it. They maybe desperately needed a cheap space and figured that since they were werewolves they could keep the vampire at bay aswell. And that‘s how this neighbourhood came to be😄

For the werewolves house I picture it as a "midhouse" sort of. Like there's a veteran wolf, and they opened their house to new and/or lost new wolves, give them a place to crash while they figure their stuff out. So most of the time it's a very busy, messy place, but the vet wolf cooks and cares for them. Also they theach them gardening cause it's "important to feel your connection to nature, it's grounding, and if you are grounded, you are less likely to rampage". I would put whatever plant is used to turn them back to humans too, so the ones who really can't handle it have a choice.

Apparently there's some obscure vampire lore about how putting a rose on a vampire's coffin will prevent them from rising, so you're actually right on the money with the rose imagery in that house!

I just imagine the vampire playing the music over the end montages...as next door is a riot of sound from the werewolves and the magic baby is trying to cry louder then the cat in the spellcaster house😂 very good music and lovely build! I keep looking at the build/buy in realm of magic and Vampire and drooling. Its so pretty someday I'm gonna cave (putting the birdhouse in the kitchen is so whimsical I love it every time you do it!)

Any occult townhouses you want to build, I'm here for it! The spellcaster is so pretty! And the diagonal bit for the werewolf house is brilliant! I started watching your Twitch streams when the birdhouse was a thing; I'm glad chat wanted to see the birdhouse return. Beautiful build, even the rundown parts, as always!

Your builds are so full of life! I love the exterior shape of the werewolves' and the mystical feel of the spellcaster's townhomes, especially, while the vampire's home effectively makes me feel like it's somehow locked in time, like you would feel sleepy and somewhat nauseated when stepping into most of the rooms, while they try to keep an almost untouched, pristine appearance for guests but have sort of forgotten about upkeep because their sense of time is just so off from the rest of reality.

This build actually made me want to play with occults again! I usually get tired of werewolves and vampires very quickly but this living situation seems like a lot of chaos fun! Just needs a little birdhouse ;)
