Hire someone that knows how to operate an excavator. 😅
-
This is the second one I've seen with terribly ineffective cleaning techniques, two different devices.
-
Extend at maximum and dig a full bucket in the center. Now open in extending to break the bottom of the pile. Now dig a trench from bottom to top ...5 minutes and all it's done
-
To clear the walls it needs a Long reach arm and a wide no tooth bucket. The amount of ore stuck on the sides is ridiculous and looks a mess
-
Why does it seem like it's the first day for ALL these operators? Why don't they have a true long reach with just a flat blade and clean the opposing wall so they can see? Logic would tell you to clean the bottom first.
-
That so called excavator driver is a waste of time and diesel.
-
D'accord avec la plus part des commentaires. Voir tant de perte de production 😢
-
Even Fred Flintstone was more productive than these bunch of jokers.
-
This fella is smooth enough but needs educating on how this should be done. The slide wall is far too flat. Give it a few feet increasing the slope and these fellas can be doing something else.
-
Machine operator is definitely charging per hour 😅
-
I hope the excavator operator adjusted & reduced the maximum back pressure of the hydrolic pump so it does not damage the hopper.
-
I'm certainly amazed at this amazing technique !
-
At the rate that excavator is moving, it would take a month or more to clean that hopper. That operator would never work for me being that slow. Production is money, and that company is losing lots on the downtime.
-
Why don't they use that legendary cleaning hook?
-
If the hopper was designed and built with the angles greater than the angle of repose of the feed in the first place, you wouldn't need to waste production time cleaning it.
-
Is there a reason the operator refuses to use the bucket as a bucket? Just dig the dirt out instead of scraping a couple inches at a time.
-
Why are they not cleaning more before they leave? That makes no sense
-
first day at the job?
-
If this guy is an operator then I am a jet pilot

Attach a large rake to the excavator bucket ? - An der Baggerschaufel eine große Harke anbringen ? Loosen the (sand) by shaking ? - Durch Erschütterung den (Sand) lösen ?
