  • This really helps me isolate the feeling of my hamstrings stretching at their knee attachment point, and after doing a round of this my legs feel warm and looser. Will absolutely be adding to my mobility routine!

    This stretch and techinique are awesome!!! Thank you so much. I thought I tweaked my knee but after doing this the tightness disappeared, it must have been my hamstring causing the pain and stiffness.

    Thank you, so timely! I was focused (lost in yoga mind nirvana) in Tuesday’s class and can still feel stretched muscles (Thursday) and I have a strong flow class tonight. I want to look after myself.
