Where can this be done? You asid its treating it using Growth Factor. Are you referring to Straumann Emdogain? If so isnt that just a growth factor that is used WITH a gum graft and not by itself? If so doesnt the Emdogain have to be placed in a surgical site meaning the gum has to be cut and the emdogain placed under the flap?
