How to nullify Falcon | Super Smash Bros Ultimate

Captain Falcon vs Pikachu. This is why I am always afraid of this matchup. This is the first good Pikachu I've played in years. I know Pikachu is capable of this, but no one ever seems to think so or use him/her like this. If I'm playing Marth/Lucina, I'm terrified of Pikachu, because it's even worse.
