In Korea, they leave the car in Neutral in situations where the parking is difficult so the car can be moved. I wish we had that same common sense in the US...

Worst thing I saw, was at my apartment in early 1990. A 86 Buick Regle parked next to me. Someone broke every window, mirror, headlight, brake light, and brake light. Then an axe to the hood and trunk. Then took axe to an apartment door/ He got the wrong apartment The security went home.
