What we are seeing across the league is teams not having confidence in their young QBs. There is something about having the greatest QB lace up with you out there, not only what he brings to table but the confidence that he gives his teammates.

Belichick's coaching record without Brady is abysmal. All the assistant coaches were terrible everywhere else except at the Patriots with Brady. Most of those Super Bowls required Brady to lead a 4th quarter comeback, the defense was giving up so many points.
