This case is unbelievable. Ryusuke was one of the friendliest players on Hustler Casino Live. Fans loved to watch him play poker and his fellow players always enjoyed his company. He was even one of the biggest winners on the show. But suddenly, in October of 2022, everything changed. Owing hundreds of thousands of dollars in LA, and allegedly millions abroad, he vanished without a trace.

  • I'm 42... been around the gambling scene (very active) for 27 years... The one thing I learned about loaning money is... The nicer somebody ASKS for money the least likely they will pay... and something more concrete- If somebody asks you for a loan, honestly ask yourself "Why is he asking ME?" Usually because he has NO Credit with his friends/family.
  • Sounds like these players were involved in some......RYUSUKE BUSINESS!

Now we all know why he was always laughing and smiling. Win or lose.

If he owes $15m in Japan, there's also a chance he's permanently radio silent.

I appreciate your take on this issue and love what you had to say because it relates to life in general. "The way we act and treat others both on and off the table is a reflection of who we are a a person" Thank you Sir... Much respect to you

Very good video! Sad to hear about Ryusuke. He genuinely was one of the fun guys to follow on the HCL streams. So positive and happy. Yeah its always best to not lend money to people you don't know well. Amongst friends, I'd rather give money I can afford to someone who needed it than lend someone a sum of money that is beyond what I can give. So I really try to stay clear of lending money to people, unless its someone really close who really, really needs it.

Great advice Doug. Been scammed on loans multiple times. Easier to just not do it, but had to learn the hard way myself.

I had a poker friend/acquaintance ask me to cash his check when the cage at the casino wouldn’t do it for some reason. He promised me it was good, blah, blah, but I politely declined. Another guy ended up doing it and of course I heard a week later that it bounced 😂
  • Doug you really are FKN hilarious and fantastic bro we appreciate your content greatly. Thank you.Andrew
