NFL teams need some form of educational and professional position geared towards educating these young men who are now rich as hell. I know you see “oh they talk about it when they are drafted”. No. It needs to be followed up on and discussed the first couple years at least

Theory: Addison thought he was going to be kicked off the team because he got dressed down so hard, so he started to prepare for a trade. Then when he realized that wasn’t happening he put them back up. I don’t think he meant anything bad about it.
