Hakeem is the Centre version of MJ, those moves
  • Imagine averaging 3.5 blocks per game and being second in blocks. That’s crazy
  • Hakeem the Dream for me any day. The best way I could put it, even though Shaq was dominant in his playing career, he prevented himself from becoming the GOAT and left a lot on the table in terms of points, achievements and accolades.

Shaq has said hakeem was the greatest in his era because he couldn't be bullied

95 hakeem? 94 hakeem is easily the best version. yall trippin
  • @HoTSh0t24
Hakeem won 2 Championships with decent teammates but Shaq won 4 with Kobe and DWade. If Hakeem had teammates on that caliber in the 90s the Bulls probably wouldn’t have 6 championships.
  • @Cotswolds1913
Why are we comparing 95 Hakeem? 94 Hakeem is clearly peak Hakeem, won MVP and DPOY in the same year.
  • Olajuwon : 3RD Highest PPG AVG - 3RD Most Points in Playoffs Title Run Finally, someone knowing how to give due importance to this type of performance. Which is possibly the most or one of the most important things that a player does in his campaign. Between Shaq and Hakeem the dispute is tough, but I will stay with Hakeem.

Akeem, (before he changed the spelling of his name), was a very physical player. Watch some ‘86 era Olajuwon. He added a lot of skill to his game as his career progressed. Olajuwon is the greatest center of all time.

Dream and rather easily. 2000 Shaq damn near choked in game 7 against the Blazers and only scored 19. Dominated against the Pacers but an old Rik Smits wasn't any match for him. 95 Hakeem dominated Robinson and Shaq. Next question please.

Other centers might have more rings, but I don't believe any center in their prime is outplaying mid-90s Hakeem. Not Shaq, and I haven't seen any other center play the way he did during that time against such exceptional competition and under such pressure to carry his team to championships. He was the only genuine star on his team and dominating against players like David Robinson and Shaq. Best defender. Most offensively skilled center. Tough to find any flaws in Hakeem at his peak. He was incredible.
  • Hakeem is a top 3 defender of all time at minimum Edit: Seymour buddz, u need to chill bud
  • @mikeb9618
Hakeem was def by far the better player. Not even close.
  • Hey man, I hope everything is all right. I noticed you deactivated your twitter account which is a big bummer because your twitter account is amazing and helped us learn a lot about basketball. I hope it everything is alright and that your twitter returns soon.
  • Hakeem does not get as much respect as he should and he is myb the best cener of all time over kareem
  • @miguel_valero
Great vid as usual bro and congrats on 20k! Gotta go with Hakeem personally!

The Dream gave it 110% on both sides of the court. If I had the first pick in fantasy BB, he would no doubt be my first pick. Yes, over MJ and LeBald. Hakeem best center in NBA history.
