MY FIRST JAPANESE REBUILD IN FM24

So you know what that means, my first Japanese rebuild…
Gamba Osaka is one of the most decorated clubs in Japan and even secured the AFC Champions League in 2008.
However, in recent seasons, they’ve been far from the top of the league getting progressively worse over the last 3 seasons - finishing in 16th last season.
So we will jump into FM24 and see if we can take this team back to the top of Asian football.

Recently started a Journeyman. I started in J3 League with Fukushima, winning the League in my First season. Then left for Gongwan in the K1 League finishing second, before going Back to Japan to Tokyo Verdy, which Just got promoted to J1 League. Am now at the beginning of my 3rd year in Tokyo. Won the League Back to back and am currently in the ACL semis. Somehow it all went really smoothly

I'm currently doing an Ange Postecoglou style journeyman save, and am currently managing Kawasaki Frontale. Honestly, some of the most fun I've had playing FM in the J-League

My current Save is in Japan. I took over Kagoshima in the j3 league. Now in season 3 i just avoided relegation in j1 league after winning b2b titles in j3 and j2. Asia is the best continent to manage in fm, in my opinion. Last year, my best save was in South Korea, now Japan is cool

I enjoyed this rebuild Steve,loved you raiding Thailand quite early although i would have put a higher min.release clause on Mueanta.Neverless,you did very good Steve,nice one mate

Did a save with iwata in j2, they have a year long transfer embargo so I had to use the players already at the club and players stepped up like 40+ year old endo and got promoted to j1 then won j1 in the first year

Kdb’s bag💰 Great Rebuild Steve, would love to watch your take on South East Asia Club. My suggestion would be: Johor Darul Taazim from Malaysia or Lion City Sailors from Singapore 😁

Damn, that KDB bag must be a heavy one. Unfortunate to lose the AFC final in the second leg, but even in their late 30's KDB , Son and Koke are probably outstanding. Good rebuild. Would love a 10 season Torino rebuild

I did a journeyman with sanuki …took them from the j3league to j1in three seasons

I did a J-League save as part of my unemployed no experience save. I managed Thespakusatsu Gunma for 3 seasons starting with saving them from relegation in J-2 in my first season, to winning the playoffs in season 2 and finally leaving leaving them in J-1 in season 3. Great save, tough at times but moved league cos I couldn't advance in my coaching badges
