Tom, you won’t read this message but I’m a Marine who served in Iraq during the invasion and again in 2005 to 2006. I have PTSD and survivors guilt. Your song will save my life. I heard it for the first time a month ago and am now on day 32 of being sober. I’ve thrown away more relationships than I care to admit over alcohol. At one point I told myself to let the demons win. They didn’t thanks to you. I called my parents a few days ago to start rebuilding. I’ve also scheduled an appointment with a psychiatrist to hopefully help me fix other areas. I refuse to be another number. I know my path is not easy but thank you thank you thank you for this. I don’t even know what else to say. I know I’m not the only person hearing this who you have saved but some day I’d love to buy you a coffee or soda. Here’s to no more day zeroes and no more demons winning. S/F bro.

I quit rapping when I became an alcoholic and my fans were worried that I was going to quit. I've been sober for a year as of November 8th and now I'm back playing shows and my life is finally mine again. Hey Tom I absolutely love your music and I listen to you every day, I was in a deep depression and I would drink a whole bottle of rum every day to wash the pain I was feeling after my mother passed. Your music and my sister saved my life, I'm proudly two months sober now and feel like my old self
