What is TEDx?

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)

Needed to hear this today. Frustrating when all my hard work seems to be for naught and it feels like I'm a treadmill going nowhere. Thank you for the inspiration. Bless

I've been struggling to learn something I've dream of doing and it's just heartbreaking cause it seems hard and I keep on failing and made me thought that it might not for me but I've also thought that maybe it's just a test and if i'd really want to pursue my dreams then i'd have to keep on learning through failures. These kinds of talks or topics is so motivating and made me want to pursue my dreams even though it's seems possible and others might thought that it's crazy.

This was great! The quote at the end-LOVE IT! You have to be willing to do what others won't-to achieve what others don't! LOVE IT!

As an animation student struggling to find his place in this weird work world, this really resonated with me. Thanks.
  • @itzmalife
So now you might have a bit more understandings of how much international students struggle in the states.
  • @gordonegro88
Thank you for post man, much respect. It's kind of weird to find someone who made my "exact" dream a reality! I never heard of you until a couple of months ago after looking up the producers and animation studios responsible for the Boondocks.  Keep doing what you do man, you're a true inspiration.
  • @oomph88
a mind-blowing lecture! definitely looking forward to your future works even though i'm illiterate in cartoon. keep up the good work here.
  • @leseant
It's not about "hard concrete stuff." this isn't an introduction to animation production. it's about using failure as a method for growth. Taking a big leap of faith out of your comfort zone. If you're here to learn about how animation works, then you've missed the point entirely. Thanks for watching.
  • @mrcrowleybr
Thanks for the encouragement man.Sometimes it is worth it risking things for your dreams indeed, and taking you for example, no matter how crazy it sounds :D
