    Sir VideoLabGuy, Excellent analysis. I used to use those MM5369s for clock time base. In fact I still have one 'ticking' away on an old conveyer belt LED counter. Counting away seconds for no particular reason. Your plan for the CV camera is very cool!

    Another idea! How about taking three cameras and making a color camera? Either a prism block or a dichroic mirror box.

    If you are the video lab guy with the museum, you have no way to contact you on your website when you ask if anyone has any information on anything on the site. Also, looks like it hasn't been updated since 2005. I have some photos of the Shibaden SV-530U from a Craigslist ad. I planned to buy it, but got pretty sick and by the time I felt like going out in the cold, someone else had grabbed it. It had an original tape, user guide and service manual with it.
